Starting
with a love of music that developed in his early years thanks to influence from
his parents, Michael pursued a music career in college, graduating in 1999 with a
A.S. in Audio Production and a minor in Music Theory. During college, Finch and
a close friend started a DJ company in Rochester NY specializing in weddings,
school dances, and special events for many of the local towns in the area,
after a detour into the world of accounting, Michael returned to his first love
of Music in 2009 starting out DJ'ing and Emcee'ing, and now stays busy most
nights with shows in local venues as well as weddings and private events, while
working a day job for a major Karaoke Music Studio. Always busy, always hype,
and always honing his craft, DJ Michael is fast becoming one of the go-to hosts
for any type of party as his musical knowledge extends from country, to rock to hip-hop. Michael won the 2011 Rising Star award for a DJ in SSS.
